Although we allow cats and dogs, we do have restrictions as well as weight limits. Please call our office for more details.
2. How many pets can I have?
You are allowed a maximum of two pets per apartment.
3. Are there any deposits, fees, or monthly charges?
Yes, we require a pet deposit and a monthly pet rent.
4. What utilities do I pay?
You are responsible for your water/sewer/garbage and electric. We take care of the taxes.
5. How long is the term of my lease?
We have variable lease terms depending on what is available at the time.
6. Is my security deposit refundable?
Yes, your deposit is refundable after your apartment inspection and when your move-out costs have been assessed.
7. When is rent due?
Rent is due at the 1st of each month.
8. Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, please follow the links on our website.
9. Do you have reserved parking?
Yes, it's first come first served.
10. Will you accept my packages in the office if I'm not at home?
Yes we will. Feel free to stop by the office during our business hours to pick them up.
11. Do you have cable?
Yes, our apartment homes are all cable-ready - please contact Comcast for more information.
